  1. “We have a power of social change”
There is a old idea among our young generation is that “ I will take an initiative for society after finishing graduation, getting a good job, marriage and earning sufficient money etc”. Most of the young people lead a narrow minded lifestyle with many excuses to involve in social work. We have very low confidence of our power for changing the social systems. Our traditional thinking is when I will be rich, when I will get a good job etc… countless condition cannot allow us to solve many problems that we are facing every day. I know that we feel uncomfortable but most of us always try to accommodate with existing social structure.
But, without Initiatives by youth we cannot remove the problems from our society. But, young persons of our society have very low confidence about their capacity. So, what is the answer of the problem? To increase the confidence among young generation we need make them confident about their capacity. Young person can achieve the quality by involving himself in small projects; success of these projects will develop his ability and courage to take big social initiatives. If large numbers of youth start their initiatives to achieve a common goal, it will make a social revolution in our society.

We can make a civilized society through practically practicing our knowledge and skills in our own society.
